Grant Quill ("we," "us," "our") provides white-label grant-writing services to firms and consultants. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short because our practice is simple: we collect the minimum we need to reply to you and do the work.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect your name, firm or practice, email address, and any project details you choose to share (funder, scope, deadline).
• Project materials. If we work together, you may send us briefs, templates, and supporting documents. We treat these as confidential.
• Basic technical data. Our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss how we can help.
• To draft and deliver the work you engage us for.
• To maintain records, send invoices, and meet legal obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your information. We are white-label by design: your clients never hear our name. We share information only with service providers that help us run the practice (for example, our website host and email provider) and only as needed, or when required by law.

Confidentiality

Materials you share for a project are kept confidential and used only to produce your draft. We're glad to work under your NDA.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@grantquill.com and we'll take care of it.
